1) DELIVERY & PAYMENT TERMS The delivery & payment terms concerning the goods to be bought on line will have to conform to the terms provided in our web site. It will be our care to foresee as many choices as possible, but no delivery & payment terms other than the ones stated will be granted. The sale will take place only in the listed countries. 3) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL According to the Italian ministerial decree n.185/99, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, with no penalty and with no need to offer a justification for it, within a period of 10 working days since the date you receive the items. In this case you are required to give us formal notice of it and to inform us about the way to have your money sent back, by registered mail with return receipt, mentioning the purchase order number, you will be given on the moment of the purchase issuing. A telegram, a fax or a telex are also acceptable provided they are closely followed by a registered airmailed letter, to be sent within and not later than the following 48 hours. Within the same ten days' term you are required to send the goods back -whole and packed as it was received-on a freight prepaid term, under your full responsibility. On goods reception your money will be entirely refunded in a 30 days' term.

5) DELIVERY TERMS We undertake the responsibility to deliver the goods as quickly as possible. The freight is to be charged on us (all quotations are to be meant C&F).The stated delivery terms normally indicate the estimated average period to have the goods ready for dispatch at the agreed place. It will be our care to have the goods dispatched within the stated term. We won't be held responsible for any damages occurred during transportation.

6) SERVICE & WARRANTY Our products are warranted to be flawless. In case any flaw is to be noticed please notify us immediately-but within a maximum term of eight days-by a registered letter with return receipt. 8) CUSTOMS DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS The customer is kindly required to check all the customs exporting procedures and prohibitions to be complied with in his or her own country, including the customs duty cost, which is not to be born by the exporter and is not enclosed in the cost of the item quoted in the web site. Therefore if the goods is blocked at the customs we, the supplier, won't either be allowed to withdraw it or won't be asked to provide any kind of compensation for it.

VAT (Value Added Tax) will be applied on a 20% basis for order placed from the European Community Countries members. The orders placed from other Countries will be VAT Free. For European Community resident Companies: to avoid calculating VAT amount on your order, please supply your VAT ID when choosing the shipment type. If you supply the ID, it will be mentioned on the invoice. We do not take any responsibility for wrong or inexisting VAT IDs.

After registering, you may choose the shipment you prefer: for foreign Countries, available shipments are Snail Mail, Air Mail and Federal Express Courier. Shipment costs are automatically calculated. Not all the shipment types will be ever available, due to Forwarders limitation (e.g. Federal Express won't deliver in some Country). Shipments terms change according to the destination Country, so it is impossible to exactly calculate them. Anyway, Federal Express will deliver items in about 3-10 days (barring accidents), while Air Mail shipment will take about 15-30 days and Snail Mail 20-40 days (barring accidents). These are only estimated times and they are calculated from the shipment date. We wont be responsible in any way for delays or damages caused by the shipping Agents. |
